Domestic Shipping (India)

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping across India on all orders.

As every Jasmine Bains garment is handcrafted and made to order, the estimated production and dispatch timeline is displayed on each product page.

Once your order has completed production and our quality checks, it will be carefully packed and dispatched. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.

After dispatch, domestic orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide through trusted express courier partners.

A flat international shipping fee of ₹2,800 applies to all international orders below ₹39,000.

We are delighted to offer complimentary international shipping on all orders valued at ₹39,000 and above.

All international shipments include end-to-end tracking.

Following dispatch, international express deliveries are typically completed within 3–4 business days, depending on the destination.

Production & Dispatch

Every Jasmine Bains garment is individually handcrafted and made to order.

Production timelines vary depending on the design and craftsmanship involved. Please refer to the estimated dispatch timeline displayed on the relevant product page before placing your order.

If you require your order by a specific date, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Tracking

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee, and Jasmine Bains is unable to predict or control these charges.
