Made-to-Order Garments

At Jasmine Bains, every garment is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. Each piece is individually created using artisanal techniques and undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch.

As each garment is made especially for you, slight variations in colour, botanical impressions, print placement, and texture are a natural characteristic of handcrafted eco-printing and should not be considered defects.

Returns

As all Jasmine Bains garments are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Personal preference.
  • Minor variations that are inherent to handcrafted and eco-printed textiles.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@jasminebains.in with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the item.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Each request will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.


Exchanges & Alterations

Exchanges are accepted only if:

  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • Your garment arrives damaged during transit.
  • There is a verified manufacturing defect.

If your garment requires a minor size alteration, we are happy to assist wherever possible. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with alteration requests unless the alteration is required due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

As every garment is handcrafted specifically for you, cancellation requests may only be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order, provided production has not yet commenced.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only where:

  • An incorrect item has been supplied.
  • A garment arrives damaged.
  • A verified manufacturing defect cannot be resolved through a replacement or alteration.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local handling charges are non-refundable.
