For international orders. We offer free express shipping (3-6 days). All orders are charged in USD.

Shipping Processing Time
On the product page for each item, you'll see a dispatch estimate. E.g. 2-4 weeks. Some of the items are already in stock and they ship much quicker.

Orders Multiple Objects
If your order has multiple products with different dispatch dates, all the products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
However, if you wish to receive some products earlier, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, we shall do the needful.
Delivery of Your Order
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you place the order.
Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping.
In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.

International exchanges and returns do not include prepaid return labels or refunds for return shipping costs.
To ship an item back to JASMINE BAINS, simply pack your item and invoice in a return envelope/cardboard box and address your return to the following address:

If it is a customized outfit, we do not accept a return or an exchange as the particular item was custom-made specifically for you.
All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 12 - 20 days depending on the extent of alteration required.
www.jasminebains.in takes 4 days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when www.jasminebains.in approves it.
