Q. How do I make a purchase? How do I place an order?

• It is very easy to place an order on www.jasminebains.in

• Browse our products by clicking on ‘’Collection’’ page to find what you'd like to buy. 

• Once you have found a product you want to buy, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO CART’ button next to each product.

• Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.

Q. Do I need to sign up for placing an order?

Yes. Signing up/ creating an account is easy. This enables jasminebains.in to serve you better.  

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

We will email you the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order on the concerned courier partner’s website. We use UPS for international deliveries and Bluedart for deliveries in India.

Q. Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order if you have clicked on ‘CHECKOUT’. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items.

Q. How will I know that you have received my order & when will the payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. The payment is deducted from your card after you submit your card details and checkout. In the rare instance that any of the items you ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and will reimburse the value of the item.

Q. What payment methods does www.jasminebains.in accept?

We accept both credit and debit cards. The amount due on purchase is charged on the card once you confirm to make the payment.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card online at www.jasminebains.in?

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We follow the best technical and management practices in the industry to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. 
The Site encrypts your credit card number and other personal information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology for secure transmission of the information from your PC to our servers. In addition, only those employees and third parties who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are allowed such access.

Q. Does www.jasminebains.in charge sales tax?

No. All taxes are a part of the prices you see on the site. What you see is what you pay.

Q. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

In case it’s an order from the US, product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties. If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are not inclusive of all taxes and duties and you are liable for all duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in.

Q. What Are Your Shipping Charges?

Shipping to customers in India is free.

Q. How does www.jasminebains.in ship products?

We ship our products through global shipping expert BLUE DART. 

Q. How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Product?

You will receive your product as per the ‘Estimated arrival time’ mentioned on the product page.

Q. Can My Billing Address And Shipping Address Be Different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. However, www.jasminebains.in does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip-code.

Q. Does www.jasminebains.in ship to multiple addresses?

Q. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times. In case it’s an emergency please email us at contact@jasminebains.in for assistance.

Q. Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. (Please keep the external packaging material for our courier partners to do inspection.)

Q. What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Your order will be delivered to you in our branded corrugated boxes.

Returns

Q. What is www.jasminebains.in’s return policy?

We are unable to accept returns on any products. Only in exceptional cases where the garment gets damaged in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with photograph of damaged product(s) at contact@jasminebains.in can be sent. The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.

Q. Are The Colors of Products Shown On The Website Accurate?

Products on www.jasminebains.in are designer, mostly hand crafted and specially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our website, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.

Q. Do You Have Cash On Delivery Option?

No we do not have a Cash on Delivery option.
